COVID-19 POLICIES

 

Please read thoroughly. Because of ongoing COVID-19 and other illness risks, Pink Suede Tattoo has put in place policies to try and reduce exposure. If you have any questions, please email me. If you are unable or unwilling to comply with this protocol, I will not tattoo you at this time.

Pink Suede Tattoo takes COVID-19 very seriously. By booking with Pink Suede Tattoo, you are in agreement to all COVID-19 policy.

Tattooing should not occur two weeks before or after a vaccine is administered nor in between your two doses or any boosters. If you need to reschedule your appointment due to a recent or upcoming vaccination (COVID-19 or others), please contact me. All clients are asked to wear a mask in the studio. Pink Suede Tattoo reserves the right to cancel appointments if I feel that either the artist or clients is at risk.

+ CANCELLATION AND LATE POLICY

Pink Suede Tattoo encourages clients to be transparent about changes in their exposure or symptoms leading up to their appointment. Clients will not be penalized for taking precautions to protect others. However, if we feel this courtesy is being abused repeatedly by an individual, we may change this policy as a result to address that specific scenario.

Due to COVID-19, I am unable to offer as many appointments per day and per week. Being late or a no-show dramatically impacts my business. For this reason, our regular late policy is still in effect. Please visit the FAQ page for more information on the Cancellation and Late Policy.

+ Before Your Appointment

If you have any questions or changes in your health prior to your appointment, please reach ou to info@pinksuedetattoo.com.

All regular Pre-Care still applies.

+ What To Bring to Your Appointment

Please arrive to your appointment on time.

• Please bring a government ID to your appointment for paperwork purposes. If you do not bring your ID, I will not be able to tattoo you and your booking fee will be forfeited. • We are unable to provide beverages at this time. Feel free to bring your own water or snacks.
• Pleaes do not bring guests with yuou at this time.
• Please maintain hygiene (shower) before coming in as a courtesy to your artist. Please don’t come in after a sweaty run, workout, etc.
• Bring your mask with you! We require mask wearing at all times in the studio.

+ When You Arrive

Welcome! I work by appointment only.

• Ring the doorbell and our shop staff will open the door for you.
• Be sure to wear your mask when entering the studio.
• Hand sanitizer is available. Help yourself!

+ How to Pay

There are multiple ways for you to pay! Tipping is not expected but if you choose to tip your artist, it is always appreciated. For card payments, please let your artist know if you’d like to add a tip prior to processing the payment. All payments must be completed after services are rendered and prior to the client leaving the studio.

• Cash. This is still the preferred method.
• Credit / Debit Card. We can either dip your card or you can tap your NFC card to the card reader.
• Venmo. Your artist will let you know your total amount and you will complete payment through Venmo on your device. Please have fun and use your favorite emojis or GIFs of your choice in the transaction description!
• Apple Pay. Open Apple Pay on your phone and tap your phone to our card reader.

+ After Your Appointment

If at any time you have questions about your services or aftercare, do not hesitate to reach out! I am happy to answer any and all questions. I would much rather you contact me than Google it! We’re here to help, and you can reach us at info@pinksuedetattoo.com.

If you develop any COVID-19 or flu symptoms after you appointment, please be proactive let me know. This way, we can take appropriate precautions by postponing future appointments until testing is done. Your artist will also adhere to these same guidelines and alert you if there have been any exposure risks discovered.
